Holiday entertaining can be equal parts joyful and stressful. You may have a house full of guests, a to-do list a mile long and any time you’re hosting (whether it’s New Year’s Eve or a regular dinner party), you’re pulled between getting the meal and drinks ready and catching up with friends and family. That’s why we love this super easy Holiday Sangria from Joy Bauer, nutrition guru, Today Show contributor and author of Yummy Yoga. “It’s simple to make, incorporates a bunch of different and delicious fruit (which you can easily adapt based on the season) and is party-ready in no time. Stir, stash and sip!” says Joy. Cheers to the rest of the festive season, and to you, mamas!
